Yuliia ORLOVSKA
Doctor of Economic Sciences (specialty 08.00.05 – development of productive forces and regional economy), professor, Head of Department of International Economy and Public Management and Administration. She has an honorary title “Honored Education Worker of Ukraine”. In the context of the development of the green economy, she teaches the courses “Research of socio-economic systems", "Social responsibility", "Sustainable development and green economy". The circle of scientific interests concerns the sustainable ecological development of countries and regions; economic globalization and European integration; green economy and green construction; circular and low-carbon economy. As part of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project, she delivers the educational module “EU Policy on Green Economy and Innovation” (lectures).

Serhii Korniievskyi
Doctor of Public Administration (25.00.01 – Theory and History of Public Administration), Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration and Law. Within the scope of green economy development, he teaches the course “Social Responsibility.” His research interests include comprehensive economic policy of regional development, interregional integration, green city development, and management of local socio-economic systems based on sustainable development principles. Within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project, he delivers the educational modules “EU Adaptation to Climate Change and Sustainable Urban Ecosystems” and the new course “EU Policy on Green Urban Ecosystem Development.”

Veronika CHALA
Doctor of Economics (08.00.02 – World Economy and International Economic Relations), Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Economic Theory and International Economic Relations. She completed doctoral studies at the Kyiv National Economic University, and in 2023 defended her doctoral dissertation on “Global Imperatives of the Green Economy in the Paradigm of Sustainable Development.” Her academic interests also include creative economy, European economic policies, megacity economies, and global city development. As part of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project, she teaches the module “European Practices of Green Construction Investment” (lectures).

Anna HLUSHCHENKO
PhD in Economics (specialty 051 – “Economics”), Assistant at the Department of Economic Theory and International Economic Relations. She completed her doctoral training program and defended her PhD dissertation in 2025 on “The Strategy for the Development of Ukraine’s Green Economy in the Context of European Integration.” In the context of the green economy development theme, she teaches “Sustainable Eco-Balanced Development of Regions,” “EU Policy on Green Economy and Innovation,” and “European Practices of Green Construction Investment.” Her scientific interests focus on sustainable eco-balanced development of countries and regions, economic globalization and European integration, and green economy transformation. Within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project, she conducts the educational modules “EU Policy on Green Economy and Innovation” (case studies) and “European Practices of Green Construction Investment” (seminars and case studies).
